Hauxner takes pride in drawing on, involving and inspiring commitment among users and citizens in urban development projects and development projects. We find that this creates better projects and stronger ownership. We go to great lengths to create structures and only involve people in processes in which they have genuine influence. Our methods range from classic open public meetings to interviews, focus groups, workshops, scenario workshops, walks, events and celebratory events.
